The department of Botany has been established since the inception of this College in 1968. This institution has been offering 3-years under graduate course to B.Sc(C.B.Z). At the Time of Inception the college had run Intermediate along with degree courses. The Department of Botany has been running with full-fledged lnfrastructure viz-tissue Culture Lab, Compound Microscopes, Biovisual Charts, and Herbarium etc. The students trained here are at different levels occupying prestigious positions in various fields. The department of Botany is proud of its contribution to the world of knowledge and providing efficient students to serve the needs of the society. The students are exposed to Guest Lectures, class Seminars, Projects, JKC Remedial Coaching, Field visits in addition to Class Room Teaching & Practical Training.
